A new villain has emerged in town—her name is Nina. Originally a devoted fan of Jeff the Killer, Nina’s life took a dark turn after a tragic incident during her school years. Harassed by bullies alongside her brother, she unexpectedly snapped, killing the tormentors and transforming her face with bleach to achieve a ghostly pale complexion. The game offers two distinct gameplay modes: take on the role of Poisonguy, hunting Nina down, or step into Nina the Killer’s shoes, attempting to escape from the asylum.
